The security personnel selected will be experienced professional guards having worked in similar environment. It will be ensured that they are of minimum acceptable education and physical fitness standards capable of communicating properly and handling telephone systems, electronic security equipments and fire detection and control systems. They will be made to undergo focused pre induction training on their duties and responsibilities prior to deployment.
We have manager Ops, Area Mgr, Field Officer, based at major locations responsible to monitor & coordinate complete operational activities of the concerned projects. We have mobile patrol vans available at major locations to meet any contingent requirements or as per the specific demand of the clients. Constant Supervision of the guards at each project at no extra cost, due to the visits made by manager (Operations), Area Managers and field Officers On the job training at the post to ensure that guards has attained the required knowledge about his duty post, reactions at the event of any contingency and capability of the guarding team. Creating and maintaining a a€?SECURITAS PRESENCEa€? and high visibility by various means in order to deter crime and to give visitors and staff a comfortable and secure felling with the clienta€?s premises. Our entire operational staff is equipped with mobile phones.
